I tried going to managment at Transcend and got ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE!!! Wait until you have a problem and see what response you get if you are not saying what they want to hear. Just like you, I used to be a Transcend cheerleader when they screwed employees over last year. I didn't believe what those employees were saying at the time either because I had not experienced what they were experiencing. Well, obviously I was educated very quickly on just how low down, uncaring, selfish, and greedy Transcend really is!! For your sake, I hope you do not have the same experiences. But as far as not believing that management comes on here to post, don't be so naive!
