Companies with revolving doors
I feel there are a lot of professional MTs who get treated in an awful manner, even those with years of experience and expertise. I feel that more of us need to speak up against these companies who treat MTs poorly so that other people will not be their innocent victims.
Warminster office is about ready to close its doors. Our accounts unfortunately went to Amherst. I
understand they are going to have a national system not regional where when there is a hospital that needs help people out of work get work in it. I would rather have a main account or a few I know so I am not sure about this new deal. Maybe they are going in with Spheris.

Does Heartland have a revolving door? In the past few months on this board, I've read about people being fired, including their president.

I'm sure it is. As far as wanting your boss available to you...for what? I'm not sure I understand the need for that. You log on when it's time to begin your shift, you do the work that comes to you and you log off. When I worked for them, I might have talked to my supervisor once every couple of months or so. My quality stats came in the mail, my check was direct deposited and I had no need to discuss anything with the supervisor.
