except for being an owner. I have been in this same business now for 40+ years, same as most here, but I work my hours and my times. I came into this job because I loved medical, not because I wanted to be at home raising a bunch of kids. If a person does not like their jobs, bosses, pay, schedules, why stay around? Like the above stated, sounds like a kid having a temper tantrum. Grow up people.
