Yes, that is true, they can program it however they want. BUT - they tell their employees one way and program it another way, and the employees cannot see this. They're working just like they always have, and some even working harder, and their counts are dropping simply because MQ is a CHEATING COMPANY. I don't know how these horrible people sleep at night. They are taking money from people, food from children, and on and on. Transcriptionists were always well-respected and looked up to, until MQ came into the picture.
