They had an ad here in early June 2006. Did anyone start with them? nm

Supposedly Spheris is sending reports out by specialty, SM
except don't expect the same rate of pay as MQ. With Spheris, or any other company where you must use their piece of ---- equipment, the line counts can be, shall we say, variable.
I really wish you luck. If you don't need benefits, try a smaller company. Put resume out there. Might get some hits.

Does anyone know cost of Axolotl's insurance?

AXOLOTL, insurance after 30 days
Axolotl offers their insurance after 30 days. It also very affordable and the coverage is good.
Axolotl GREAT INSURANCE, BC/BS
Axolotl carries BS/BC with very great rates and coverage!
Axolotl GREAT INSURANCE
Axolotl has a great insurance plan with very competitive prices.
Axolotl GREAT INSURANCE, BC/BS
Single plan $52 up to $150 for family bimonthly. They pay for vision. Dental ranges from $3 to 13 bimonthly.
Axolotl insurance questions
Can somebody tell me if you go to work for Axolotl, how soon the insurance kicks in? Is it good insurance? Also curious if anybody willing to tell ballpark pay scale for Rad.
Axolotl has insurance that starts the first day of the
month are you are hired, so if you were hired today, your insurance would start December 1. Premiums reasonable. The pre-existing situation usually isn't an issue if you have had continuous insurance. Apply via website.
Axolotl's insurance starts in 30 days
Cost for family is less than $300 for medical, dental and vision with good coverage.
Axolotl has great affordable insurance!
Their rates are better than any MT company that I know of.
Axolotl insurance. They have great rates but what is the coverage
like? Can anyone tell me what insurance company they use and what your experience has been? TIA
Axolotl insurance is very reasonable. Unfortunately, I did not pass the testing with 14 years exp.
I'm not sure what my problem was. I thought the transcription testing was easy but apparently my headphones are just an awful quality because I just did not hear what it actually was on some parts of the test. In any event, obviously people have and do pass their tests. I was in the same situation. I needed affordable insurance and Axolotl was very reasonable, I want to say like $300 a month for family so I was pretty bummed when I did not pass the test but best wishes on whatever you decide.
How much are single insurance rates???? Webmedx, Axolotl, Keystrokes, TT, Transend?
Thanks for the info!
please don't try to start rumors. spheris BUYS your
nooooo, they are not merging.
Gosh..does this company start with an F. In any event, you need to double check with your insurance
provider to see the exact date the policy was cancelled. Sometimes, companies have to pay preminums ahead of time. I would just make sure and if they are still taking the money out, you need to send a certified letter telling them to return your money at the point you were paid up and the policy cancelled or reinstate the insurance. Why pay for something your not getting.
Spheris, but only if you do not need insurance
aa
Spheris insurance
As a single, I'm happy with the plan. I went to the doc 3x this past year and didn't pay a cent out of pocket for my meds (mail order) or the visits. It's definitely designed for people who just don't go to the doctor very often. This year, we've been offered an incentive of $30 (single)/$60 (family) off our monthly payroll deductions to allow someone to come to our homes and do blood draws, BP check and weight. I had this done the other day. My guess is that down the road, we'll be facing a situation where they will pick and choose who will have insurance coverage and whom they won't cover. A lot of big companies are doing this.
regarding spheris health insurance
Hi,
I got a job offer from spheris, i need some info regarding their health insurance benefits, how they are. Do they cut from our paycheck for health insurance i was offered 202 for family for two weeks excluding dental and vision. I would appreciate if anybody post message on it.
Nancy.
regarding spheris health insurance
hi,
thanks for the reply, but my questions is yesterday i got interviwed. The recruiter told me that the family insurance will be 202 for every two weeks and the money goes from our pay check only it looks more cost for insurance and excluding dental and vision is that everyone is getting the same insurance offer from Spheris for family or it depends on plan.
It is only insurance Spheris offers. SM
It is managed by Aetna.
There is high deductible of $2000.00 for single/ $6000.00 for family. They will not pay until deductible is met. You must pay for everything out of pocket. Medications are not covered.
I never heard of it either until the end of last year, when they announced that will be our new insurance. No options were given.
Spheris has consumer driven insurance. SM
They don't below to a group plan, so it is to the benefit of the company that you do not use their insurance. They do not cover office visits or prescription drugs. You are on your own. It's a major medical plan with $10,000.00 total out of pocket per year. Sounds like a great deal, doesn't it?
AXOLOTL - A GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT INSURANCE
Axolotl has AWESOME, AFFORDABLE insurance. Family plan medical and dental costs a little over $300.00 MONTHLY. They also pay for family plan vision in its entirety. STD, LTD, 401K with match and flex spending account, great PTO and HOLIDAY pay. OH and paid downtime in the case you run out of work, which doesn't happen often!!!
Spheris supes/QA are good, insurance not good; they offshore
nm
If they are supposedly AWESOME
why do they have so much turnover and why are there so many posters who worked there and left? Don't you have to wonder about a company that is so great but still has to advertise?
Anybody know anything about who SPI supposedly bought yet?
I really hope its not Medware.
I'm on TWS too. Supposedly yes for spaces.
xx
Supposedly 5+ years but have you seen some
Unbelievable, and you would think they just started in the MT business.
The other person supposedly sm
owed the $12,000 was supposedly in India and she supposedly had been paid. This is similar posting, same MTSO and a lot of money owed. Strange.
these were supposedly large sm
companies that have been around awhile. I am hearing a lot of MTs going through the same thing. Its getting ridiculous!
when they didn't supposedly even know
yeah right. I don't believe anything they say, or that any promises will remain in effect for long, keep hearing: in the foreseeable future, at this time, as far as we know...they sold you down the river...why give them the glory of your presence and hard work. Say NO.
They are supposedly a Christian organization
sss
If they are out of NC, supposedly their software is very efficient.
I have not worked there, but talked to them when they were trying to start up the company about 2 years ago.
Supposedly this was not real patients - sm
Someone in authority checked and it was supposedly test patients that sounded very real. I don't know for sure as I don't work there but this is what was said.
Supposedly if you send anything to India you can't put an ad up for an MT BUT sm
Alltype sends everything after 8 p.m. EST to India to be done overnight and THEY are allowed to have an ad up here.
Cornerstone in NJ, Zylomed, Transcend, TransTech, EFD are those that come immediately to mind, but that is just a couple compared to the fact that I know others would never send to India.
the normal standard supposedly is sm
1 minute of dictation equals 10 lines. Obviously if its a slow dictator then you make out really good. If its a really fast person, not so good. I worked on the minute basis for several years and did fine.
Given the climate of the way these companies don't want ot pay for spaces, headers, etc it might not be a bad deal anymore. I guess it depends on how fast it takes you to turn around the number of minutes you need to type.
Good luck!
Supposedly starts 10/06 and will continue
into the 3rd quarter of next year. I would hope they would let us know, at the very least, which accounts are going first and a time frame for the rest of this year.
If you search old posts, they supposedly don't pay much at all, even for experience. nm
s
I can't believe a supposedly professional adult said bite me! HA!!! sm
Now we ALL want to work for Proveros and get invited to bite the management woohoo!
Supposedly, editing would be faster than straight typing
and the VR would be ONLY for those doing editing. Not everyone will be doing editing (at Transcend).
TransHealth has some that start the next month after you start work. nm

Pay 8 cpl, use MTWorld software, sound quality supposedly not good. nm

Supposedly new upgrade for WordClient is compatible with Vista, per our mgmt.
We are about to do an upgrade, and they say it will be compatible with Vista with this new upgrade of WordClient. Yipeeee
You are correct - also the millions CEOs took off the top for the Katrina supposedly home reimbursem
Well, I don't know I think it is the lobbying. We don't have lobbyists. With employment going up, mortgages defaulting, no one mentions in the news about all the US jobs going overseas causing this. I was so pro Hillary Clinton until I read about her being an advocate of outsourcing jobs and was overseas promoting it, I don't remember what country offhand - that broke my heart. Look back to before this president took office - you didn't hear of outsourcing to other countries or jobs going overseas, maybe I am wrong but if it brings lots of money to companies - they are certainly going to be hiring the lobbyists to keep it going.
I don't know why the new does not report what is happening - they seem to skirt the issue big time. Talk about unemployment and mortgage defaults by not the reason - we are all being replaced overseas. I guess if you can retire with millions of dollars in your pocket from stealing from the American people then it won't matter when the downfall happens to the rest of us.
Yes, a day early!!!
x
Sorry about that, it's still early...nm

I have always been an early worker but now..sm
there is NO work and when it does come in it seems everyone is waiting like me to grab it and then there is NO work as there were only a few reports. I addressed these concerns only to be told I needed to be more flexible.
I was asking who the one who paid early is! nm
nm
To early riser
This is exactly who the posts are talking about. Gosh, wonder if this is the only 1 who apparently does this time after time because most seem to know who it is.
whoops, go FOR it, too early
