Meaning, someone who has worked both in house and at home, I certainly understand what you are saying! My only response and I don't even like saying it but this is what you hear from managers of transcription services, is that this is one of the perks of staying at home to work. You have the flexibility to work from your home, not have to drive or spend money on car expenses, clothes expenses, lunches out, etc. This is how companies can justify the lesser pay for at-home workers. It stinks, I know, but that is the response you will get.
