1. My requests for time off are answered immediately. In fact all my emails and issues have pretty good response time.
2. Holiday is time and a half.
3. I've never had to do mandatory OT, but have been told OT is available (which is a good thing to me). Nothing like **work or else** demeanor.
4. I agree with wage issue.
I like all the things you like too, but I wish the schedule could be more flexible rather than everything has to be done within the 8-hour shift.
I'm wondering if things are different for each account. Maybe account managers are different or something?
