Any new info. on eTrans Plus. I can't find anything since 2006. sm

Any feed, good and/or not so good is appreciated.  I'm trying to weight out the pros and cons.

I am very happy at eTrans. Before this, I worked at MQ, so I know what it's like to work at a bad company. As far as my work load, I never have a problem getting the minimum lines for the day and beyond if I want. I start early in the morning and rarely have to work more than an hour extra on slow days, usually only the last day of the pay period for some reason, and like I said, that is rare. I don't know about overhiring.  I get plenty of work to make the incentives if I wish. I have always been paid on time every time. And as far as demographics, the system I am working in is really easy with no real slowing down for demos.

I know eTrans was called out a few days ago by former employees, but I have to say I have never had any of the bad experiences that were posted. The tech people have been great, even though I've only had to talk to them once. My supervisor is great and has always been there when needed. I have a great account, a great backup account, and a great platform that means I don't have to kill myself to get the lines I need like MQ. I even referred my own mother to this company, and she is about to start with them next week. Do you think I would do that if I thought they were an awful company?

here is your answer : Where can I find this info? NM - current OSi'er her replacement has been working for WEEKS training to do her job and nobody has said a word. Check your QA.

I was hired by DatakeyMT quite a few weeks ago and these people DO NOT keep in touch. 

First, I was hired.  I had to e-mail them the next day and remind them they hired me.  Then, I was sent the software, which I had some trouble with (I won't go into how many critical grammar errors the manual had).  They tried to help and then just stopped e-mailing me after I sent a screen shot of the configurations and told them it still wasn't working.  After 3 hours, I figured it out myself.  They cheered for that.  Then, I was sent 2 test files; 1 was 6 seconds, the other 7.  I told them there was nothing but silence on these files.  That was 3 weeks ago.  No more correspondence whatsoever.

What a waste of time.  Not to mention, the platform seemed VERY time consuming.

Do they only hire employees, or IC's also:  What platform do they use:  Are they a good company to work for?

Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I've never been happier. Make my lines every week, lots of bennies and lots of incentives.  Take the job. You'll never regret it.

I feel very disappointed about the loss of some benefits, rate increases for others and I also wonder with the all the other changes that the company isn't what it used to be and how it can feel it offers something unique or is different from other MTSOs.  It seems to be joining the ranks of well, nobody else gives you this/that, so don't expect it here either.

Of course, after only 4 months of having cable, they raised their rates without giving me more channels, better service, quality, etc, so I'm trying to see the balance on all sides (it's hard, though). Is it just the cost of living?  I don't pretend to know the answers but it is getting harder and harder to stay in this profession.

I've gotten a job offer from eTransPlus but I just don't wanna jump into another fire and end up hating it.  How are they to work for?  I truly just wanna be left alone and allowed to type and not get bogged down in politics.
