Any companies have "team mail" type feature like Medware?

I'm sure other companies call it something else, but Medware has team mail which occurs at the bottom of your screen real-time.  I found this helpful when asking about sounds like help and made me much more accurate and productive, as other team members can help you out when you draw a blank or get stuck.

Do any other companies out there have this type of feature?  Thanks!

This is what I got from the help file:

Set User's Decryption Key

Express Dictate, Pocket Dictate, DialDictate and WebDictate can encrypt the recordings prior to transmission to protect security and privacy. If this has been done, you must enter the same key in Express Scribe to decrypt the audio. The key is based on the user id of the sender (obtained when you register Express Dictate or DialDictate). If you have not yet registered, use the id 0.

Try just putting in your code and leaving the user id blank and see if that will work.  I would think it would do it on all encrypted files automatically, so hopefully you wouldn't have to do each one individually. 

if this does not work, I would contact the doctor that sent the work and see if he has a user id from when he registered his software.

Please, there has to be companies out there who want straight transcriptionists and not going through SR first.  If anyone knows a company that is loyal to their transcriptionists, possibly have benefits, and are honest that is looking for a well-educated, hard working transcriptionists, please tell me where.  I have been in this business many, many years...but every company I contact, they are going to speech recognition.  And the pay is much less.  HELP!

the e-mail address of someone I can contact at Spheris to get my deposit back for equipment that I returned in July?  I moved out of state and they do not have my contact information.  I want to give them my addy so they can mail me my check.

Sure, feel free.  I really know what you are going through working with MQ.  It took me months to get up the nerve to finally untie my apron strings.

I would also like website and information on this company.  Is the dictation good quality?   How much do they pay?  IC or employee?

e-mail (free) blanketing anyone who gets on an MT mailing list looking for unskilled (low pay) workers to churn out poor quality work for big profits.  Sounds right out of a get rich book to me. Standard operating procedure for most companies in transcription biz.
