Same accounts, same workload, in fact more, because a few people quit and not all of them were replaced....
There was one old TRS account that I know of that switched over to mostly EMR, so those MTs more or less lost their work.... One of them did join my team and her primary account is the same as mine, but she works a different shift. The account that she left did NOT go overseas; they went to point-and-click.
So if your accounts currently have work, they should continue to have work, unless the client decides to go to point-and-click.

I can vouch for this....they are horrible SM
and very shifty. Even though their recruiter is gone (along with his lies about how much $ can be made), they still misrepresent the pay and the working conditions!

I remember them as being THE WORST ESLs ever at YOG. And yes, some of the QA were rude (as in stuff in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS with exclamation points!!!! threats to deduct pay, etc.).

and had 0 jobs available. Don't just look at the notice that the account is on OT.

I was just hired and there've been a couple of snags in getting started. I've been desperate to get to work and I've called and they have been unfailingly helpful and understanding. And I at last have a start date now so I'm pretty relieved.
