How is it that you don't think we should get paid for demographics that are not automatically populated?  In addition to what is already there, the clients are adding Date of Birth and Date of Last Visit when we do not get paid for the name, account number, job number, referring physician, and current date of visit in the first place!  I wish I could calculate that over a year or two to see how much we are being cheated out of.

How do you think it would look to begin a report at the point of dictation (which is where we start getting paid) WITHOUT the name, date, and account number, or referring physician.
