Why should we work for minimum wage or less just to have to decipher what you are dictating between bites of food (with your mouth full), remove cussing or gossip about the patient, listening to you using the bathroom (yes, this is happened to me), or the wasted time spent listening through a 45 minute dictation that was actually nothing but you gossiping or talking bad about the patient, their family, etc. with your nurses? We don't make money on those, people! Not to mention those docs that sound like they just got off the plane from Timbuktu and haven't learned to speak english clearly yet...
