It appears to be misinformation. The IRS has a good website. I always advise people to discuss their particular situations with their own CPAs so they can get the best information for their own situation. Good luck!

seems to be Etransplus' cheerleader, she is the only one who ever responds to these querries, wonder why. I hope things go well for you new hires, but I would definately not put all your eggs in the eTransPlus basket, I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but a tiger does not change it's stripes.

This is not unique to US MTs. MTSOs, you better believe that folks in other countries wouldn't think twice if a better offer were on the table. If you think that they are loyal to you, you're in complete and total denial!

this is absolutely not my experience with MDI-MD. Quality is absolutely #1. You submit your schedule of how many lines you plan to do and then do them plus or minus some. I was specifically told by my liasion that if there is not sufficient work, OF COURSE you are not expected to meet your projected count. I have fallen short for other reasons and no one has bothered me about it or wanted to know why and certainly not cut my status to prn. This board is great for sharing ideas, but there is no guarantee they are all accurate!! Feel free to e/m me with more questions.

I ordered it, but haven't been able to get it to work right. I'm thinking it's something dumb on my part, as a friend of mine says her daughter has it (in NY) and does fine. The location should make no difference, of course. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Just so you know, there's no 800# to call, contrary to what my friend told me. I've surfed around to find out what others have said about it, and the vast majority like the thing, so at some point I hope to get it to work.
Maybe when you get it you'll post an update on it. It arrived here really fast. Good luck to ya.

You can email me the information if you like..First off, are they hiring for ortho? and what is their scheduling like, FT or PT, IC status or employee etc. I would like to find a company that is pretty flexible. Also, what platform do they use? I have worked at some like you were saying, took forever to get the line count and I want to work 8 hours and be done. We got the list from AHDI. If someone does not wish to be on our email list, there is a link to click on at the bottom of those for opting out. We immediately remove those that click the link.
We also have a few mailling going out. Same thing - if you opt out of the email program, we will remove you from all contact.
We need transcriptionists for many new accounts and have ads on here and other sites, as well as several magazines. We are going to need over 100 MTs in the next 3 months due to new accounts and more work on existing accounts!

The MQ email
Mine always come to me from corporate, listed as QNews...it was the reason the email system was crashing in the beginning because they were so big.
Not sure why some are getting them while others are not? I'd call corporate or maybe send an inquiry from the MQ website?

Things will pick up, everyone needs to watch the system 24/7. We can give you a backup for your backup for your backup for your backup. I too work for another service. It is tough juggling more than 1 company to keep enough production. I don't get it. No appreciation whatsoever for good MTs. I am done today as well with them.
