I have been here about 6 months and do make more than the Q. Base rate is a little less but I get shift differential for 3-11, weekend differential for Saturday work, QA bonus for sending less than 10% to QA, and finally line rate bonus which goes as high as 1 cpl if you get over 20,000 lines per pay period. I am up to .05 and gradually going higher. It is definitely worth the move.
