Noncompete clauses are uneforceable altogether in California, are banned altogether in Colorado and North Dakota, and are being closely scrutinized in Georgia.

I also think as there is no time period stated, then it would be unenforceable at all because it has to have reasonable terms. My book says a period of 5 years may be considered too restrictive and therefore would be unenforceable.
