Wonder where the cheerleaders went??
These two are always one another's cheerleaders
Trying to make anyone under the age of 60 feel as if we're inferior on some level.
Geez, I hope if I get that bad at that age that I retire and ENJOY life instead of belittling others.
I believe she was asking for TT MT cheerleaders...
Not TT MANAGEMENT!
Go back to counting your money. Thank you.
Me for one. I'm one of their biggest cheerleaders. (sm)
I have worked for some doozies, let me tell ya.
Transtech Cheerleaders
Hey, where are all the TT cheerleaders/managers that offered such glowing reports of what a wonderful place this is and how great management is? Haven’t heard from them in a while.
Perhaps they are busy training all the newbies to work for 4.5/cpl on VR. Since they sent the email pretty much forcing people to learn VR, many have left, including myself. I did give the VR a try though, it was just as much work as typing the whole from scratch, and at times the report did need to be retyped. Something about that really bothered me, didn’t really like doing the same work for half the pay. They stated to me many times that eventually you can double your lines on VR and make up the difference in line rate. Maybe some can, I couldn’t after a fair trial. There was no way for me to look at this except as a cut in pay. They state that the clients are requiring VR more and more. Why is there option?
MT Week pretty much summed up TT’s real take on their MT staff. The MTs got an email a week after the event praising them and giving appreciation, nothing from upper management. A gift? Not necessary, but an acknowledgement of the meaning of the week and a thanks from the upper management would have been nice……..honey, sweetie, darlin, puddin pie didn’t pay the bills. I am so sad this company went this route, I really thought they were different. I am so glad I’m outta there.
To WMX cheerleaders who are telling us
to stop whining because we haven't tried the new platform yet. I have been using the platform for a year. I just got done doing a report that STILL required extensive editing, and lucky me, I am going to be paid even less! After a year, I repeat, a year, this wonderful magical ISR is still making the same errors that I have to correct over and over and over and over, day after day. I certainly do not see where that is productive. For example, it puts 5 to 0 nylon for 5-0 nylon. How many times should you have to correct that for it to finally learn? I have made that correction hundreds of times, and it still doesn't get it. It leaves out whole chunks of sentences and doesn't even get words that are perfectly clear. Some reports turn out good, some are complete garbage. My production has increased a little, but no where near what they claimed.
So stop telling me to calm down and give it a chance. I have given it a chance. I will be very interested in what you think of it after you have used it for awhile.
At least the Enterprise people have some glimmer of hope that maybe it won't be a cut in pay for you, but for me, it was most definitely a cut in pay.
To the MedWare cheerleaders up to this point-and
you know who you are, what do you think of the happenings of the last couple of days. I believe the one person I am thinking of was an MT (not lead), but would like to know how it makes you feel knowing that you have supported them this far. Please share your feelings with the rest of us. I know it may be difficult and it would be nice to find out if you feel it is something that might not affect you OTOH. This is not a mean-spirited question and hopefully you will not think it is, but has your opinion changed in the last day with all this going on?
Don't these cheerleaders make you ill with their rah, rah, rahs?

Some of you TT VR cheerleaders say one cannot tell the difference in a VR report and other
traditional transcribed report -- WRONG -- just notice when you are pulling up another report to view -- DEFINITELY CAN TELL VR report -- errors throughout the report -- DOES NOT FOLLOW accounts specifics format. Why have A/S if VR does not have to follow the A/S requirements?
No way to double your pay doing VR reports, but I like to see a quality report that follows the A/S guidelines and return a report to the facility that what looks like what a medical record should look like for patient care and for meeting the specifics that the facility has asked for in their reports. VR reports definitely FAR from that! Look for yourself if you do not believe me.
I don't generally label cheerleaders as Management, but that has to be one. NM

One request, please -- all you Transtech cheerleaders go to your Yahoo board
Why are you showing up here tonight. GO where you belong!
Most of the positive posts about TT and VR are mgmt posts; they always do this, but you other cheerleaders/favorites, go to your new Yahoo Board and leave us along who don't want to work for LESS MONEY.
By the way, I have done VR with TT and HORRIBLE. I can't make even close to the money I can with normal transcription.
VR is more money in the pockets of TT execs. Not in the MT's wallets.
