To add to the poster below. The line count requirement is 1200 per day or 6000 per week. Incentive pays 0.01 more for lines over 6000 a week, which is always attainable for me on my account. As far as holidays, at least on my account, if you would normally be scheduled to work that day of the week, then you work. You can request it off ahead of time, first come first serve basis. I think they start everyone generally at the same pay rate (at least that was what I was told), which is average. They do pay for headers, footers, and spaces. They also pay for downtime, which is a big plus in my opinion. Good luck!
