11. Send out between 150-200 e-mails per month containing volume status, info on accounts the MTs do not even work on, and pleas for working on the weekends with an incentive of a whole half cent per line increase from midnight on Saturday to midnight on Sunday!
12. If you actually DO decide to respond to an e-mail, make sure you twist the words around to suit your nasty mood of the day, no matter how innocent the question was that was asked, with the end goal seeming to be making someone else feel as miserable as you apparently are.
