11% to 13%

I find a difference of 11% to 13% difference in line count depending on account. 

• Anyone else going from DQS to ExText and noticing - lines are harder to get? OSI does take 17%
  • This post is in regard to the post w/ the heading below - NM
  • TT doesn't pay header and footer or any of the automated info. nm - NM
    • Most companies don't pay headers & footers - also don't skim 17% off the top (NM)
      • Just checked line count for another GREAT Extext company - Only 8% - HUGE difference from OSI's 17% (nm)
        • 11% to 13% - Wendy
          • OSI reduced header/footer size but still keeps - 17% (no msg)
