Thank you all for your efforts at pointing out all the errors in that message. I did copy and paste it. I saw them too but decided it wasn't worth my time to pursue the thing any farther other than post it here. In retrospect, it is just plain pathetic and more evidence of just how low this business has sunk. Wish I didn't still love it. BTW, the initials are PT and I believe the name has come up on earlier posts.
