I've been an IC-MT off and on for 16 years; before that was in-house. Your message on this blog is wonderfully inspiring, as I noticed there are lots of 'bad guy' companies out there - causing much angst that I was unaware of (I've been spoiled). Other than checking with the BBB and googling each company, what's the best way to truly learn which are the 'good guys'...or are you conracting on your own to be that successful? Your work ethic sounds much like mine, but it's become necessary to be an MT elsewhere as this company just closed. You go, girl!
