I've tried to find a website for this company, which it probably should have being that they are nationwide.  Nada.

They don't even have their own domain name for email, which is kind of odd for a business.

Something isn't right.  In fact, when I try to find a phone number, any info at all, nada.

Why is it now that most companies want to hire IC rather than employee, BUT they also want to dictate your every move?  They want their cake and want to eat it too and it's very irritating!  I started working at home because I wanted the FREEDOM of working at home and that is why I have always given up benefits to enjoy IC status.  Now though, it seems that every IC job CLAIMS they are hiring only IC, but tell you that you must work Sunday through Thursday 11-7 or whatever and you MUST work your shift.

I REALIZE they need a general idea of when they will have coverage, but if I am IC, then I should tell THEM when I can cover.  Is this even legal?

I am VERY disappointed with the Docuscribe program.  Making about 75-100 lines less per hour than I did before (on the same account).  From what everyone else is posting, it doesn't get much better.  They should easily be able to pay their legal fees for the lawsuits out of what they are saving on our wages. 

Have been checking into other options, but am hoping this new pay plan and more practice with this program might make me want to stay.  Been there so many years now I hate to change, but money is money. 

I am new to Amphion and have this account that has a lot of account specifics, no automatic ADT (which means I have to search for the names, etc) which is not a problem for me, but there is one dictator who is ALWAYS awful, and I have been getting him back to back to back my first week with Amphion.  Did you find that you basically only had 1 or 2 dictators while there or did you have more?  Of course, I would not mind doing him occasionally but can't do this all day.  I will never be able to make any money, especially at the line rate that I am being paid.  I have 2 children of my own and 3 of my sister's children in my care.  I cannot afford to do this everyday and don't know what to do.  I work as an IC for another company making 9 cents a line, which is much more than Amphion, but really wanted employee status so was willing to make a little less, but I am afraid it is not going to work.  I do not want to have to find yet another company and start all over with them to only find out that they suck too.  Any suggestions?

Do you know which acct you would be working on?

Can't you get a backup account?  That's what I did.  They are not all slow at the same time, usually.  I get better count on onco acct than on my other.
