People love to say things like this to make them feel better about their actions.

The last time I got a paper cut it was teeny weeny, but hurt like an SOB & it wasn't even in my genitals, let alone hemostats, clamp, scissors, etc. etc. and half of procedures done without anesthesia. You don't have to have a limb amputated with a hacksaw in order for there to be pain.
