The MTStars.com sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States. You may not export any products purchased at MTStars.com.

ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS

Using MTStars Download section, you can select downloadable software products for purchase. The purchases/transactions are handled by PayPal and other trusted sites. Once Payment confirmation has been received, you will receive instructions in the form of a link to begin downloading your software.

If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, you can re-start downloading. If you experience continuous interruption in downloads, please notify us as Software package can be sent to you on CD. Once you complete your order, you will receive a separate email acknowledgment that provides information about your purchase.

If credit card authorization is not received, you will receive instructions for completing your purchase.

Please read the product information for Electronic Software Downloads carefully and we strongly suggest you to test the product by installing FREE Demo (if available for that product) first to check the software functions and your computer/OS compatibility with it, since software download purchases are non-refundable.

Non-MTStars Branded/Third-Party Products

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.
